My stay at Charlotte St Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were lovely, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff catering to our needs impeccably. The location was outstanding, very close to everything. However, the dining prices were a bit steep, and the breakfast options were not as plentiful as expected.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The room at the back of the hotel was nice and quiet, but had an unpleasant odor possibly due to the aging building. I appreciated the lovely welcome note and complimentary room spray. The service offered by the hotel manager was fabulous, and I had a great experience with the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking. The location, while good for access to various places, required using the tube or a taxi for some attractions. The dining experience was delicious but a bit pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet despite the busy road, and the bed was excellent. Everything was impeccably clean, adding to the comfort of our room. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and efficient staff who paid attention to detail from check-in to checkout. The location is superb, with many restaurants and bars nearby, making it walkable to various places. The dining experience, although a bit pricey, was fabulous, especially with fast and delicious room service. Overall, a great value for money.
